By the conclusion of the meeting, we all have a plan and clear vision of your job.
We prepare a detailed easy to read quotation showing exactly what we are providing (including trades) for you to compare.
We are happy to answer any questions or queries you may have.
If you choose to accept our quote, we will send through a deposit invoice.
A detailed drawing will then be supplied which you can refine if required.
We then review all technical details and finishes.
We will require a full list of appliances purchased. A final site measure is organized and manufacture of your cabinetry begins.
Ensure your appliances are delivered to our factory to ensure exact fit in cabinetry.
You should have your site prepared including any structural alterations. We can strip and dispose of your old kitchen and organize trades to prepare necessary plumbing and electrical work. We then install your kitchen cabinets.
At this time the rangehood, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc will be installed.
After the cabinets are in place our stonemason will measure for stone benchtops.
Manufacture of the benchtops will take approximately 5-8 working days.
Once the stone is in, the cooktop and sink will be installed.
After installation of the benchtops, any glass/mirror splashbacks can be measured.
Manufacture of the splashbacks will take approximately 10 working days.
We check measure each item to guarantee exact fit to ensure the best finish.
Once the cabinetry and benchtops are installed, other trades (e.g. tiling, flooring, electrical) will be finished.
PROGRESS PAYMENT SCHEDULE
30% deposit and commencement claim
40% progress claim – payment due on delivery of cabinets to site
30% final claim – payment due 7 days after completion
Note: Glass splashbacks and stone will be invoiced separately and payment will be 50% deposit and 50% on installation day.
